The past few years I have been taking the time to have a deeper understanding of my menstrual cycle. For almost 15 years I never understood why my moods and energy levels varied so much, until I started learning more about how hormones effect us, understanding the different parts of the cycle and then observing the alignment with the moon. This journey unexpectedly grew my connection to the moon and our likeness of our cycles. Woman are moon beings.
